Who We Are

Floyd Brown - Founder and CEO

Mr. Brown is a member of numerous Realty Boards and CAMB (California Association of Mortgage Brokers).

Mr. Brown started his career as a Real Estate Developer in 1977. In 1980, he started in residential Real Estate sales. In 1985, he formed his own Real Estate company. In 1990, he started lending to the customers that his firm sold homes to. In 1997, he expanded into lending to the general public not just his firm's customers.

Mr. Brown is a specialist in Residential, Residential Income, Commercial and Hard Money Loans.

He prides himself in giving great customer service to his clients.  By doing this he keeps a steady stream of Referrals.
